Virginia Power Kites offers PASA certified instruction. That means that you can receive up to $1,000,000 liability insurance, get certified as a kiteboarder according to PASA methodology, receive a 20% discount on iKitesurf's wind reports, and receive a subscription to a kiteboarding magazine. PASA is a reputable organization that officially trains kiteboarding instructors according to an established curriculum.

The Art of Power Kiting  (1 day workshop)   

You will learn to fly all size kites, from larger kites, to inflatable kites, to small trainer kites depending on wind conditions. This is a great introduction to the sport of power kiting. You will also be able to learn how to rig a kite and practice self-rescue and self-landing.
