Virginia Power Kites gives affordable PASA certified kiteboarding lessons and camps in flat, shallow water at Factory Point or Messick Point in the Hampton Roads area. For more advanced riders, we can also give instruction in the Sandbridge area or in the Chesapeake Bay area. We can also arrange for lessons in any location in Virginia or at Cape Hatteras or Kitty Hawk, NC. Optional demo gear can be used during lessons if you don't have your own gear.
