HQ has set the bar even higher for multi-purpose closed cell foils with its second version of the NEO. The 6 and 8 meter Neo IIs are ideal for 20-30 knot winds; the 11 meter Neo II is ideal for 15-25 knots; and the 14 meter is ideal for 10-20 knots (assuming a 175 pound kitesurfer).
